Rock N Fit Toning Shoe
A review of the Rock N Fit Toning shoe. An inexpensive alternative to the big named brand toning shoes that do the same thing.
When I got home I decided to put them on and put them to the real test. I wanted to see if I could feel any difference in my leg muscles after walking outside for a while. It took a few minutes to get used to the instability they intentionally create to help work your muscles more. Once I got used to it I was walking like it was just another stroll I have taken in the past.
The next day I decided to wear them while I was doing one of my video work outs at home. I was using my ten minute toning video and used the thigh segment. I must say that I felt a lot more burn in my thighs in buttocks while using the Rock N Fit shoes along with the work out. I have definitely felt a difference in my thigh muscles since purchasing my Rock N Fit Toning shoe. Also while I'm walking around I can feel my buttocks and lower abdominal muscles tightening as well.
I absolutely love my Rock N Fit Toning shoes. I've been using them to go just about anywhere because they don't look like most other muscle toning shoes. I've seen other muscle toning shoes and they look very bulky to me, and not discreet looking at all. The Rock N Fit toning shoe cleverly disguises itself to look like an every day sneaker. That way no one is none the wiser that your actually wearing them.
Another thing that makes the Rock N Fit Toning shoe so comfortable is their air mesh top and tongue. The mesh design makes the shoe more breathable thus no, or less sweaty feet.
I would definitely recommend Rock N Fit Toning shoe to anyone looking for a muscle toning shoe. Especially due to it's affordability, I'm sure there is nothing wrong with the name brand ones. I'm just not one who likes to spend more money just because of the brand maker. Besides the Rock N Fit Toning shoe does the same thing as the other brands do.
